Unfortunately, it was the worst haircut I’ve received in my 40 years of life. It honestly looked like nothing was done to my hair. One side is longer while the other side is shorter, and my hair was completely flat when I left the salon. It also looked nothing like the video I showed for reference. Despite that, I still tipped 20% because I try to be kind. The stylist who worked on my hair really needs more training. I usually go to the Battlefield location for Benita or Britanny and have never had this kind of experience there. Unfortunately, after this visit, I won’t be coming back to this salon. I regret it.
