I said long choppy layers, flow the pattern already there just take 2 inches off all the way around. Again follow the pattern there. After my wash she disappeared for 10 min to the restroom came back all gacked out and chopped my hair off completely. This lady gave me the female mullet. I stayed calm but eventually asked her to just stop. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life.
