After telling the manager a general idea of what I liked and didn’t like about my current hair. She took it upon herself to just go to town and, I’m so happy she did. Honestly, I’m not even sure how to explain it if I went to another location. Thanks you Chandler, for making my holidays extra bright, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

- ASAmanda SanchezDec 14, 20251.0if i could go lower than 1 star i would!! took my sister to get her hair done she has 4B coily black girl hair and SUSAN only blew her hair out left it poofy didn’t even straighten it her ends were still crinkled curly and when i asked she said she had someone coming for 2pm. how could you let a customer walk out looking like that? i also paid for a signature cut which she did not receive! if you don’t know how to do black girls hair then SAY THAT and i’ll gladly find someone who does! my mom also called and spoke to her once she seen my sisters hair and SUSAN told her she was busy and didn’t have time but the only people that were in that place was SUSAN MY SISTER AND MYSELF there were no other customers in or outside because i sat in the car waiting for someone to walk in after 2 and no one did!! i should’ve known when it was completely empty for 3 whole hours with no one walking in other than 2 guys and 1 other stylist who ended up leaving before i left. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR SUSAN!!! i leave tips for GREAT service not for someone doing a half ass job and lying about it!!
