Her skills were good, my hair cut is looking good. However I asked her to apply a discount code for 20% which I guess she didn’t like and I tipped her around 12% of my total bill. Her expressions and behavior changed 360 degrees after looking at the tip. She felt very off as a customer as you’re not obliged to pay a tip but I was still giving a 12% which she didn’t like and it showed on her face and attitude. She didn’t even bother to book me for the next appointment. I also talked to her about color but she didn’t bother to schedule. That felt unprofessional as I’m not used to of such attitude from hair cuttery employee as I always had a great experience.
