When I went to the great clips at greentree, Michelle cut my hair and made changes in my previous cut instructions after she did an amazing job on my hair. She needed very little instructions. She could look at my hairline and the style without stressing me. I will stick with her and this location. I highly recommend Michelle and this Great Clips location. If you have posted hours it would be nice to stick to them. Was planning on getting a last minute haircut on a Saturday night, fairly simple affair. So much for a simple quick walk-in. They saw me and still refused to take even though they had enough time to using the excuse that they closed the register early. Won't be back.
