I pointed in which area to be careful because I have a bump in that area and she disregarded that and went right through as fast as she could which caused a huge pain. Then I asked for a shampoo services and she rushed to add it to the system but once the cut was over completely forgot to do this service so I had to remind about that (not a big deal, I understand that people can forget stuff). Then I looked in the mirror to see what she “did” and got shocked. She completely ruined my hair style as it seems she wanted it to be as ugly as possible. I was a repeated customer of a great clips, not anymore. If you hire someone who’s ruining hair like that - cannot trust it. Hate my haircut and this location.

I didn't expect her to cut my hair exactly but the back of my head, the hair is about 1/2 in in length. Its going to take a long time to grow it out. I feel like i look like a man. I wouldn't recommend great clips to my worst friend. I look like hell and I'm embarrassed. Once she cut it, it was over. I had to let her finish. The first thing she did was run that clipper up the back of my head. Now I'm angry.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
