  Haley pierced my 6 month olds ears! She was so thorough and patient and efficient. Baby girl hardly cried and we are in love the the results!

  I had an amazing experience. My piercer was so kind, very professional, and definitely knew what she was talking about. She gave me a good description of what to expect and made me feel like an absolute baddie the whole time lol. I also want to note of how clean their practices are the shop is super clean but all their equipment is from sterile packaging and they set it up in front of you which made me even more comfortable with the quality of the piercing process. I got bilateral conches and helix (ambitious I know) and they felt like what you’d like a conch and helix on both sides would feel like which is totally person specific. She placed my piercings PERFECT!! So symmetrical and exactly where I envisioned them. It was around $440 total and it was 1000% worth it for the quality of the jewelry, piercer, and overall experience. I recently had a really bad experience at a piercing shop with my nose and so going to Rowan was a breath of fresh air. My only suggestion would be to go over care beforehand because after 4 cartilage piercings I was kind of out of it from adrenaline and the natural burn those piercings come with and was ready to head out lol. Please don’t settle for a shady piercing shop, Rowan is where it is at!

  Severely overpriced jewelry and piercings. They pierced my lobes very lopsided then tried to gaslight me by saying it was because my earlobes & anatomy are not even when it was abundantly clear they just made a mistake. They finally offered to pierce it again but why would I trust them to put another hole in my body? If you are bougie and want the false sense of security from the nurses in scrubs putting holes in your body, then this is your place. Or you could just go to a tattoo shop like ACME for lower prices and more experienced piercers. You are paying for vibes not skill at this establishment.

  Sadly I think I have take out my cartilage piercing:(. Since getting it pierced, I have had constant infection one after another going thru two bottles of spray… I ready don’t want to take it out and loose the 120 I spend on this earring:/. But idk if I can keep dealing with this :(:(. Such a sad experience
