I’m trying to maintain a longer hairstyle. Granted I wear a hat 90% of the time, so I asked what could be done so I didn’t lose the length or the flow that I had grown. Nick recommended a trim. That was my original thought as well so we went with that.
We finish up, throw my hat back on, get set to leave, pay, the norm. I get home, rewash my hair, apply some product, and notice that almost one side of my head is at a completely different length than the other. Ironically Nick even mentioned that my hair was, basically, all one length. The right side of my head, around my ears, everything, is longer than the left.
I tried calling back to make an appointment to have it fixed tomorrow before I head to work for meetings. Receptionist was nice, I expressed my concern and that I wanted my hair to be fixed. All the while I can hear Nick in the background. Judging from the size of the place, background noise is not something I would use as an excuse. With the timing of the receptionists response, it sounded like she was being told something while on the phone. When I asked my hair to be fixed, that doesn’t mean I want the person that cut it originally, to cut it again. This was, essentially, a routine trim.
I apologize, to whomever reads this from the establishment, for my shortness on the phone.
I appreciate you all, also, trying to call back. The experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
In all honesty I will more than likely not be returning.
