The staff, particularly Rachel, who provided outstanding support, took the time to thoroughly explain various products and options, demonstrating remarkable patience and expertise, even as I was indecisive about my selections. All three ladies assisting me were wonderful, making my overall experience truly enjoyable.

I stopped at the Charlottesville location for help with shade matching. Xavier was SO helpful. She was very attentive, as well as informative. I'm happy I went in and was able to receive her expertise. Thank you again Xavier!
