If I could give” 0 stars” for customer service I would!!! I just called to get an idea of the price for a partial highlight—not an exact price, but a range of what to expect! I was asked for my last name and phone number. I politely explained that I am not a customer there and don’t give out my personal info, I just wanted an “idea “ of what I would be charged for a partial highlight. I explained that I was not sure if I would be coming there or to another salon—it depended on the price range.
Needless to say, the girl advised that they would not be letting me know the price range for that service is and terminated the call.
Not appropriate. You cannot give me a range of price for the service because you are shady. I know this first hand. Will be posting follow up information once I speak to the manager—because I was advised that there was not manager there today (Saturday) that I could speak to.
My daughter was there yesterday and ONLY had these 2 highlights done—no hair cut, nothing else and was very upset that these were not toned properly. She was charge $106!!!! The girl had the gall to ask for a tip on top of that—knowing my daughter was upset. My daughter wanted to avoid all confrontation —even when the hairdresser curled these 2 pieces with a curling iron and insisted on taking her picture—even after my daughter advised she did not want her photo taken!!! Unacceptable!!!
This will be going up to corporate since you cannot provide a manager to speak with!!! Save your money!!
Their website states that up to 10 foils for the face framing highlight starts at $74. My daughter had 2 foils and was charged $106. With no tip. How does that math work??? Shady and taking advantage of a young person! Not okay!!!!
Let me also add that my daughter Did not want her hairstyle she never does. She leaves with it wet because they don’t style it the way she wants. The stylist said that she “had to” dry her hair and take a picture…. Talking about taking advantage of my daughter’s kindness… My daughter is guilty of not standing up for herself because she is non-confrontational, but the style is took full advantage of this situation and also padded my daughter’s bill. Since I could not get anywhere with at the salon level because I was told there’s no manager that I could speak to today, I have reached out on the corporate level and I’m waiting for from the district manager to start this process… Poor customer service, poor processing, and taking advantage of a young person that is trying to avoid confrontation— Then over, charging her for the service and having the gall to ask for a tip in addition for that which my daughter did refuse to tip faithfully!!! Now she’s having to spend more money to go elsewhere to have this bad highlight corrected thank God it was only too high, or it would be awful!!! You can see in the photos, the quality of the 2 highlights!!!
Shame on you hair, Cuttery
