Admittedly, I have had bad haircuts from this location in the past. However, I found Mina and she is FANTASTIC! Mina has gave me a bob haircut that shapes my face and makes it easy to style. I always get compliments on my hair. Mina also recommended some excellent products; which is so much better than doing trial and error on my own and wasting time and money returning them.

Mina was absolutely the best stylist I’ve ever had at a Hair Cuttery! She really listened to me when I told her what I didn’t like about my last haircut and she absolutely knew what to do to fix it and make it perfect. She was also so lovely and welcoming to my 12-year-old who also came along for a haircut. We will drive an extra 20 minutes just to go to this location from now on. Thank you so much, Mina!

Very unfortunate experience and poor customer service by Angela. I don’t recommend this place due to lack of work ethics. They might have good skillset to cut your hair but if they try to rip you off that’s not acceptable. A simple hair cut in this area is about $25, the first time I came for a hair cut I was happy with her experience and paid $31 plus bought some products too. This time I walked in and requested her, so at the time of payment she asked for $40 for a haircut. When I asked why, she said because you requested me. I don’t understand this policy and they should tell their customer if the price has changed before they just raise it by 33%. I wonder if there is a law for these businesses checking their guidelines and customer service quality. They lost a customer and a public negative review for only a few dollars? This is why you must continuously train and monitor the performance of your team and hear your customer’s experience.
