Asked for a standard cut and somehow got charged for a blowout. They said they thought I charged my mind from my booking and charged at the end what they deemed necessary. Not to mention caught the comb on a stud in my ear and blamed me for wearing earrings. I was also asked twice why I didn’t die my hair. Worst experience here ever and have been to this location multiple times.

I've been going for a few years now but I guess that's over. With a sign that says "walk-ins welcome," I'm asked to come back 90 minutes later, book an appointment anyway, then wait 25 minutes after my scheduled time before giving up. It's incredibly disappointing.

Oxana always does a wonderful job. I’ve been seeing her for the past four years and every time I see her my hair looks and feels amazing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't go herr if you have curly or even wavy hair. I came in with an overgrown wolf cut and I asked to basically keep the same shape, just trim the layers. I showed a reference of a butterfly cut with curcly hair and I came out looking like Lord Farquaad. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see what she was doing. My hair has never looked worse and I have a gallery exhibition for my art today and my graduation this coming week. If you have very straight or Asian hair, this place would probably be fine. But otherwise, I can't reiterate how much you should not go here. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
