I couldn’t tell because my hair was wet after the cut, I got home and blow dried it and I’m now miserable because I hate it so much. Can’t wait for it to grow back already :( I also went in because I was offered a 50% off coupon but told me that they need a “voucher” and gave me $10 off instead which isn’t a bad deal, but not what was promised. Most important part is that I hate my haircut and it’s now also too short to style differently 😥

There was a middle aged blonde staff that did her hair and did not listen to what she wanted and when she messed it up suggested she get a wig. When my GF came back to get it fixed by another person this woman came in and tried to argue with my gf about the service she did while she is in the chair with another stylist. Very unprofessional and rude and exerted her control over my GFs hair infringing on her bodily autonomy. Gave 2 stars as the other stylist was nicer to my girl friend. The woman's name was Mina.
