I was also asked twice why I didn’t die my hair. Worst experience here ever and have been to this location multiple times.

I came in with an overgrown wolf cut and I asked to basically keep the same shape, just trim the layers. I showed a reference of a butterfly cut with curcly hair and I came out looking like Lord Farquaad. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see what she was doing. My hair has never looked worse and I have a gallery exhibition for my art today and my graduation this coming week. If you have very straight or Asian hair, this place would probably be fine. But otherwise, I can't reiterate how much you should not go here. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
