So many things are out-of-stock and have been for a month, including some popular items. Also not sure why some items don’t have samples out or samples are dried out, making it hard to color match/test.

No we’re out.” So then I asked if I could order from the store and have it sent to my house. “Uh, no we don’t do that here. So you wanna just buy that?” Wanted to assist my needs in no way and had no interest in doing so. The lady was not very nice and clearly just wanted me out of the store so I said no thank you I don’t want any of these items. I will go to another Sephora store. I have never been treated that way at Sephora. I would literally rather make the 30 minute drive to another store than be rushed out and not cared for.
