The lady we had couldn’t even try to hide her emotions. She absolutely didn’t want to cut my daughter’s hair, kept pulling on her hair without any attention whatsoever. Bare minimum—shoved her out of the door. Honestly NOT HER FAULT. The company should take better care of their employees. Maybe stop taking walk ins. Employees and customers would be much happier and better served. Isn’t always about the money.
