  Some of the stylists are great but the admin is insanely rude and clearly doesn’t care if they expose clients to being sick. Had to cancel due to getting the flu and was threatened with a fee. I’ve been coming here for years and was told “well you’ve canceled before” because I’ve stayed home sick a couple of times from catching my kid’s daycare and school germs. Definitely don’t come if you’re immunocompromised, or if you don’t want to be treated horribly for having common decency.

  I've been going to this salon for many years and have always had outstanding service from the receptionist to my hair colorist - Meredith. My hair is very long, curly, half brown/half gray, and very hard to deal with. But Meredith is not intimidated. She's a professional, talented artist, and always does a fantastic job with low-lighting my hair. She's also a lot of fun to talk to and does her best to accommodate my busy schedule.

  Nov 24, 2025 Rudest staff around !! I have waited 3 days to post this to let some of the emotion settle . If this saves one person from the hands of Jake and the RUDE staff at PR Partners in Bristow , I have done my job. Moved back from Florida after 11 years and stopped in to make an appointment. Everyone was busy .. they took my number and said they would get back ! 2 weeks later stopped in again .. lovely front desk girl said she would get someone to get back to me . No big deal . Some more time went by and I called , I was not short or rude to anyone , understating things happen . The lady found my note behind another note . I asked her about 2 stylists that had openings Friday Nov 21st . I asked about Madi .. I was told she was too new . I inquired about Jake who had an opening. She stated he had been doing hair for a long time . I arrived at 1:15 for my 1:30 appointment. Very cold greeting . At 1:30 I hear a guy holler across the salon ... who is on the couch?? Wow . I was asked to be early since I was a new client . About 1:40 Jake brought me to his chair . The consult ....i should have run !! I had my formula which he didn't understand . He immediately stated it would not look the same . I should have run . I had the color line plus a way to formulate it to other color lines bit he mixed anyway .I have had the same hairdresser for 11 years so my color was gorgeous and hair was to my bra strap . He consulted a couple other ladies and they came up with whatever formula they decided on . He came out with one bowl of bleach ... my stylist always uses 2 bowls so again I should have run . i let him know that my stylist uses the low lite to go thru and touch up between foils and pieces of grey as I am not all over grey. He started painting like he was Bob Ross and I can not put my hair up because I have dark wings on the sides where he PAINTED . I inquired about price .. he advertises $160 for partial foil so with cut I was planning on $225-$250 ...I was paying $200 for my services in Florida by the salon owner . I let him know $300 was out of my range ... he stated with the toner and gloss that's what it was .I have NEVER had a toner on my hair or a gloss and quite frankly a toner is nothing more than a way for lazy hairdressers with bad foil placement to cover up their shotty work ....to say we needed a toner before we started is scary ! I lift beautifully and never need a toner before! $230 is what he decided on and wow did I get discounted hair . The foil placement was nuts and the toner left me with dirty dishwater hair ! If he would have consulted he would have been informed my hair pulls ash ! The cut !! With arrogance he stated how much i was going to love the cut ... I asked for a couple inches he took 6 ... it is the worst cut ever ! He had no idea how to cut curly hair . I literally sat in my car and cried for ten minutes ! This is the rudest salon I have ever been into ! Not a hello from any other staff member. Not an offering of water .. I even had a huge hoddie sweatshirt that he was going smock me in before I had to ASK for a cape ! I felt like I had done something wrong , I felt borderline bullied by the staff and worse by Jake . I really didn't want to post this but after coming into work missing 6 inches and hair that looks like dirty dishwater and my co workers asking what happened left me no choice. I immediately know Jake is going to say I got what I payed for since I could only do $225-$250 but I wish he would have dismissed me anyway ! With Jake yelling across the salon , his nasty disposition, lack of listening, unprofessionalism and skill set I am sure Hair Cuttery or Super Cuts would be better suited for him!! What a waste of $ and the corrective will cost twice as much !! RUN FROM JAKE !!

  The front desk staff at PR Partner in Bristow are miserable and clearly dislike their jobs. My first interaction was terrible—no effort to provide good service or even basic courtesy. They don’t seem to know anything or care to help. Don’t waste your time asking questions here. I won’t be coming back."
