It said the wait was 44 minutes and because of higher than normal customer numbers, online check wasn't available. I decided to drive to the shop to get in line and arrived just after 6:30. The receptionist asked if I'd checked in online and I told her about the website telling me I couldn't. She said they don't accept walk-in customers after 6:30. I reiterated that I wasn't trying to be a walk-in but had to be because the website wouldn't allow me to to check in online. She apologized but said she they wouldn't wait on me. I offered to pay extra if they would just take me while I was there and she said she couldn't help me. There was nothing online about not being able to walk in after 6:30. A perfect example of Horrible Customer Service most likely due to lake of training. In my business, if the problem is on our side we will take care of it even if it is inconvenient. Then we will fix our issue. Even if the problem isn't on our side, we will try to find a way to help the customer if we can, just to show them we appreciate them for wanting to do business with us.
