  It was my first time here and saw Sophia. I brought my niece with me who saw Kayla. We were beyond happy with our services. The pressure was perfect for the both of us, the hot towels felt amazing, and unbelievably massage left us rejuvenated. I liked it so much I booked my husband an appointment with Sophia.   I had a great massage at the NOW at a different location in another state. While I normally go to a another massage while at home, I decided to give the NOW at One Loudoun a try. It had the exact same decor as the other location that I visited but that's where the similarities ended. Since I get massages often, I know the difference between lack of skill and lack of effort. Unfortunately, my massage therapist seemed to lack effort and just went through the motions of giving me a massage. I usually don't post a review right away but I felt compelled to post one due to the disappointing experience.

  Kayla ensures that I can safely look behind my car in both left and right directions as well as removing all stress that lives in my shoulders and back. She’s the best!

  To start, the location is good, being in One Loudoun. I arrived as a guest of a friend who was treating me to a massage, but during check in, they required that I fill in an intake form, even though I wasn’t paying. They wanted my phone number and email address and wouldn’t proceed without it even though I relayed concerns about receiving unwanted communications. They assured me that I could opt out when filling it out. I did just that and I started receiving marketing emails the following day! *Edit-When I wrote that I did just that, I made sure to leave the check boxes unchecked where it asked you if you wanted to receive marketing and promotional communications. Not a lot of good that it does if you're going to force me to unsubscribe. I have too many unsolicited marketing emails hitting my inbox and I don't need more. The layout, while you see it in pictures, takes you aback. It’s an area with rooms made of curtains, and because of that, they make you whisper so as to not disturb the ambiance for everyone else. The whispering also makes it difficult to communicate and I had a hard time hearing my massage therapist’s instructions. The massage bed is nice and heated to your liking. That’s a plus. My massage therapist was very professional and her massage technique was good. I had the deep tissue add on and the pressure was adequate, though I felt it could have been harder. Unfortunately, her hands were not soft. They felt calloused, despite the oils being used. It was like very fine sandpaper rubbing my body, which detracted from the experience.
