  2 days past “return policy” and I cannot get even store credit?! No consideration for circumstances?! What world does this business live in. AI has taken over all customer service and you only get robotic responses. I only was hopeful for store credit. The company would loose NOTHING!! This restriction to customers indicates deep core financial issues where they are digging at straws to maintain profit. No longer worthy of my time and money. Bye.

  First time at this Sephora and definitely will keep coming! Lisa was amazing! I came in for a specific concealer, but was a bit unsure if it was the right one for me. Lisa didn’t mind taking her time and helping me test out different shades and brands of concealers to find the right match for me! Didn’t take long to find the perfect one! She definitely knew what she was doing and you can just tell the passion in her for it! I am big in costumer service and Lisa doesn’t lack a single bit of it! Thanks Lisa!

  For this location: The person behind the counter had zero personality, zero customer service, and zero makeup on. She literally looked like she rolled out of bed threw on some black clothes and called it a day. I asked if she needed my number for my vip card and she shrugged pretended to type something and then asked for payment. Looking at my app my purchase was not included which means i lost those points. The person who helped me find products was lovely but she seemed to be pulled in many directions and over worked while other employees stood around talking in groups with other employees. For Sephora Corporate: Why even go into a store anymore?! Aside from the actual MUAs who care at to help me get matched or try new products I wouldn’t bother. Sephora is not what is used to be , they now seem to cater to the 8 year old who are using their parents credit cards. Not to professionals. They are just Profit and greed. Not for the love and craft of makeup artistry anymore . Congratulations Sephora you became a cliché.

She took the time to understand my skin type, concerns, and what kind of finish I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect foundation match. What really stood out was her patience and knowledge — she didn’t just pick a shade, she explained undertones, tested products on my skin, and made sure everything blended flawlessly. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. Thanks to Shanzeh, I walked out feeling confident and excited about my purchase. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
