  Ashley was exactly what the doctor (me) ordered. After I shared that most of my stress lives in my back, she got me settled quickly and got straight to work. I appreciated that she wasn’t timid with a new client—confident, focused, and intentional from the start. Her pressure was spot-on, paired with excellent technique. Thoughtful pushes, steady pressure, massage work, pressure points—and most importantly, listening to the body. That makes all the difference. This was hands down the best massage I’ve had here in a long time. My back and shoulders felt completely soothed, and the rest of my body was just as well cared for. The leg and foot massage alone deserves special recognition—the best I’ve ever had. Truly exceptional work. I left relaxed, restored, and already looking forward to another productive, stress-releasing session with Ashley next month. If you’re looking for the right amount of pressure without pain, I highly recommend her. Professional, skilled, and a genuinely pleasant demeanor to match.

  My disappointment in the management cannot be understated. I did a walk in in October to fix some emergency pain. The therapist pressured me into seeing them again in a month (even though my instincts told me that'd be unnecessary), but I decided to acquiesce anyway. They took my email down and scheduled me for two months later, but as I approach the time range, I'm not seeing any confirmations. I was confused for a couple of weeks but also busy. My phone oft auto-filters numbers I don't have in my contacts so after all this time I was expecting...something via email. It's turns out I have a surprise $170 charge on the first (I thought I was scheduled for the 10th, but hey, no email contact for nearly two months). So I finally have to go speak to them in person. turns out there was a TYPO in the email, so them charging me so much for being a "no show" is clearly unfair! So you'd think they owe you a credit in this situation? The guy at the front desk says he can reschedule me. I think that's fair given that we've now resolved the previous lack of communication. But then the establishment DARES to charge me another $170 afterwards because apparently they don't do credits or something! EVEN AFTER THE GUY (teenager?) AT THE FRONT DESK told me otherwise a week earlier? Huh?! I try to speak to a GM but then rather than have an attitude on resolving this situation fairly, she tries to gaslight me telling me that the typo was on my part (I've been using the same email for 17 years and I think I wouldn't typo it given my level of intelligence), or that I must've not clicked something yadda yadda. The tone was clearly a defensive one of the sort you know people take when they're making things up on the spot. Unaccountable! I've had no choice but to open an investigation on the vendor. I paid for two massages, I received two massages. Their commitment to nickeling, diming, and double charge you with hidden "penalties" that they've made up after screwing up reeks of a shady business practice on the backend. Go somewhere where the management has integrity.

  I had an awesome massage with Michelle today. She was incredibly professional, made me feel comfortable, and the aromatherapy she used was wonderful. She's got magic hands. Highly recommend!
