- MGM GmDec 21, 20251.0I visited this Sephora to buy some products during my birthday month. In previous years, Sephora employees let me choose my birthday gift, but at this location, the cashier simply grabbed a gift from under the register and handed it to me without asking. On their display, there were several birthday gifts available, but I wasn’t given a choice. The gift I received was a hair product, which I don’t use. It’s frustrating to see customer service at Sephora going downhill. Experiences like this make me question why I should continue shopping here.
- JTJames TayagDec 16, 20251.0Wife spends hundreds of dollars a month here specifically and she asked to use the bathroom because she was about to have an accident and they told her NO, she had to leave and go to a restaurant that would let her use theirs, she was a paying customer at Sephora and denied her basic human decency, before you shop here make sure you use the bathroom first, this place has no humanity

I never even left the store and they still refused to give me my money back. Now im left with a $100 product ill never use and a horrible opinion over this store.
