Not just that but 2 days after getting her ears pierced one of them fell out at school due to it getting stuck on something. Alexis was sweet and helped us out by getting it back in. My daughter was so happy she was able to get it back in. Definitely recommend Rowen!

- KCKaarin ChavezFeb 11, 20265.0The Rowan experience is truly unmatched. My 8-year-old daughter initially had her ears pierced at Claire’s, but they became infected and we had to let them close. After hearing about Rowan from a friend, I booked her a new appointment — and I’m so glad we did. All of the piercers are nurses, and the store is spotless and beautifully designed. Every employee we interacted with was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Our nurse, Nick, was a godsend for my nervous 8-year-old. He encouraged her to ask as many questions as she needed, showed her all the tools, and asked for her permission before each step. We also appreciated his guidance in choosing between the hand-held device and a needle; he thoughtfully helped us decide that a needle piercing was the best option for her. Even though the piercings were done one at a time, the needle earrings have secure posts with flat backs, which gave me extra peace of mind. Yes, it’s more expensive — but it is absolutely worth every penny. I now have one very happy daughter, and I love that we can call anytime with questions. They’ll even change earrings or make adjustments for free. Highly recommend.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
