- HEHunter Elliot2 days ago3.0So I had originally scheduled this appointment for 11:15AM but needed to switch to 12:30 which was no issue through the online booking. However, it was very obvious that whoever I had booked with was either not there or was being covered by someone else. My stylist was nice enough, asked what I wanted, I explained a middle part curtain bang w/ 6 clipper on sides and back and 1/2 to 3/4 inch scissor on top with blending to ease into the clipper cut. I received no shampoo or conditioner wash, the clipper job was rushed, the scissor job was rushed (she at least asked if the top was cut short enough, but only after cutting 2-3 pieces which was not enough to grasp the length of the entire cut) did NOT ask after scissor was finished if I needed more length cut off, although did ask if the clippers on the back should be tightened to which i agreed with and she rushed that as well. Did not receive any sort of scissor blending/teasing to help with the scissor/clipper transition. What was supposed to be a 30 minute haircut was over LESS than 10 MINUTES and I was charged $37 for that??? There are pieces of hair on the sides that are not cut to right length, no blending whatsoever, and hardly worth $10 let alone nearly $40. Not returning to this location and recommend highly you go to a men’s barbershop or a different location.

The only complaint was the website chain indicated that there would be a $20 haircut for first time guests or something and when I asked about it, they said they didn't know anything about that. So I paid nearly twice as much than I thought with tip.

Even if you schedule an appointment, they make you wait endlessly while walk-in customers are prioritized and attended first. What’s the point of booking an appointment if it’s completely ignored? This level of mismanagement and disregard is unacceptable. Do not expect professionalism or basic courtesy.

It was a mess of an experience then felt comfortable because her manager came to help and she was even worse! They blamed it on how long my hair was! So nicely I asked them to just curl my hair! 80.00 later and I had to go home and fix my own hair! I felt bad it was the holidays and didn’t want to fuss but was very disappointed
