The top of my hair was completely uneven, as if just chunks were cut out of my hair. my sideburns are not the same on both sides, my back neckline I had to do myself after I got home and even the area they used clippers (sides and back of my head) was not finished. I went back in immediatly after i got to my car and looked in the mirror - it was made better, but not completely fixed. I'm done with great clips, tried several different locations and rarely receive a decent cut.

And then next thing you know I got a razor to my head and ended up with a buzz cut which I haven't had in 15+ years. Idk if they put the info in the system wrong the time before or if they read the paper wrong. But not what I wanted at all. Nothing could be done because it was too short after the first swipe. The lady barely understood what I was trying to say to her that it wasn't the right thing and was not what I wanted. So I will not be going back after paying for a buzz I didn't want.

She didnt understand anything I said and ignored my haircut and messed up everything! She doesn't need to be cutting hair! My hair cut was a basic cut and she just went crazy with the clippers. She completely ruined my hair. Never go here for a basic cut. Worse hair cut ever! Smh!
