I had a really nice experience at Sephora thanks to Nilo. I first noticed her while she was helping another customer, and I liked her energy, patience, and the way she explained everything so clearly. That made me feel comfortable asking her for help.
For the last couple of years, I have had a hard time finding the right foundation and concealer shade, and I spent a lot of money trying different products that never matched properly. Nilo took her time with me and didn’t rush at all. She checked my skin tone carefully, explained the options, and helped me find the perfect match.
She was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and you can tell she really cares about helping customers, not just selling products. Because of her, I finally feel confident about my foundation.

Marlene was an incredible makeup artist for my beauty service. The makeup translated beautifully on camera for my photo shoot. Very skilled and communicative. Would highly recommend!

For the 2nd time in a year, I purchased a product from this Sephora that was used. I don’t live in Arlington so I have to make a trip there this week to exchange. Once is bad. I have no idea how this happened twice. Are they letting customers use makeup in the boxes? Putting sample items back in box?
As a longtime Sephora Rouge client, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I stopped in to ask a simple question about whether the store offers hair services. I realize Sephora primarily does special event makeup, and maybe as a Rouge client I should already know that, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
Unfortunately, the moment I walked in, the employee at the front entrance was shockingly rude and arrogant. His dismissive attitude made me feel like my question was an inconvenience. As someone who shops at Sephora often and spends significantly as a Rouge client, I’ve never been treated this poorly.
Because of how I was spoken to, I didn’t even proceed to purchase what I originally came for. I left the store feeling unwelcome and embarrassed—totally unacceptable from a brand that claims to value its clients.
I truly hope management addresses this behavior, because no customer—Rouge or not—should ever be treated this way.
Taylor did an excellent job helping me find products that worked well with my skin tone + dryness! The store was suuuuper busy (so many rambunctious 8th graders 🙃), and she took the time to give me really personalized recommendations!
