I came in to exchange a product that didn’t work for me, and even though we had a small disagreement at first (my apologies), the store manager I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name 😢 truly took the time to help and make everything right. His knowledge of the products is amazing, and he helped me find ones that fit my needs so much better. I’m genuinely grateful for the time, care, and attention I received, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase.
