A disagreement between stylist occurred with the one assigned not wanting to do my hair. I got up and ask the manager for a simple wash and blow out. Only two ladies are nice; the manager and Linda. The rest are grumpy, cold and distant. The place is outdated and very dirty. I have been going to this salon since I was 18 years old when it was Raymonds Hair Salon, I'm 64 now and an Arlingtonian of 50+ years. I stopped going there three years ago because if a similar situation. I decided to give it one more chance. What a huge mistake. Moving forward I'll spend my hard earned money on a salon that puts the customers first.
