I took a break from bleaching my hair because it was so damaged and I was really upset with how unhealthy and dark my hair was. Almaz highlighted it and cut it in such a way that makes my hair look and feel GORGEOUS! It looked very full and healthy. I never trust people with highlighting my hair besides my stylist at home who I have been seeing for 10+ years but Almaz absolutely nailed it and did in a way that prevented further damage. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her!!! So glad to have found her!

I received from Hair Cuttery an email offering a so-called "promotion" -- "20% off any single service. I attempted to book an appointment for this "promotion", but none of my preferred stylists were available on the day I desired. So, instead, I just went to the salon to request the first avaiulable stylist. I needed a haircut badly, and I needed on that day. However, when finished and I proceeded to pay, I showed the email "promotion" on my phone. The promotion was not honored. I was told I required a "code", and that the "code" could be obtained UNLESS I booked the appointment ONLINE. The promotional email did not explicitly make this clear. Nonetheless, the salon manager did, as an acommodation, grant me a 10% discount. I appreciate the acommodation, but I am seriously aggrieved by the failure of the Hair Cuttery email to make explicitly clear that the 20%-off promotion was ONLY available to patrons who booked online. I hope, in future, Hair Cuttery will not send out unclear, ambiguous promotional "offers". If the "offer" has specific preconditions, those should be made clearly and explicitly clear, and not merely in "small print". Please do a better job with your email "promotions". ANd I kindly request that you provide me a 20% discount code or coupon for future use, in recognition of my inconvenience and of the time and effort I invested in providing you with this valuable customer feedback. Thank you for your attention to this matter,
