- JBJael BojorquezNov 9, 20251.0I write this review through gritted teeth and absolutely obscene amounts of rage fueled by the regret of spending approximately one hour at this establishment November 9, from 9:15 a. m. to 10:10 a. m. I had made an appointment for a Deluxe Blowout, and flat ironing. I regardless still had to explain to the stylist I was assigned the specific services I had already booked. As I explained, I requested her to ensure volume at the roots and as least product to be used as possible. Most of my requests were ignored. I walked out extremely disappointed with flat hair, and a poorly done blowout, with hair behind my ears, even though I had asked her to not put it behind my ears, and was slapped with a $78 charge at the end of my overly disappointing service. Spend your money somewhere else where they can listen to you because they understand the lenguage you speak.
