Here’s my review that appears to be now deleted: I made an appointment for a signature cut and blow out last week for the first time with Thao. I walked in and checked in for my appointment on the iPad (as directed to do by the signs). There were two employees at the front desk having a conversation when I checked in, though they did not say anything to me as I was checking in. I sat down to wait and after a few minutes one of the women had me sit down to ask how I wanted my haircut, wash my hair, and cut my hair. After she was done cutting my hair, she acted like she wasn’t going to blow dry it (which was part of what I had booked). Only once I told her I had booked a blow out, did she look to see that I had checked in for an appointment with someone else. Since it was my first appointment there, I was not positive who the stylist was supposed to be, but had thought since I checked in as directed, the employees would know who my appointment was with. At that point the person who my appointment was supposed to be with dried my hair. I was then charged separately for a cut with one stylist and the blow dry with the other stylist. I’m not sure if this resulted in me paying more or not than I would have if the correct person had cut my hair and done the blow out. TLDR: made an appointment with one stylist, I checked in for my appointment and the wrong person cut my hair. If a business has a check in system, why not use it?

This is the second visit in 2 months we have come to see Thao and she delivers superior service each time!
