  I have been a client of Fran’s for a little over 15 years! When I first found her, I chose her because her own hair looked amazing! She is always so sweet, kind, friendly, and caring! I have tried many different salons and stylist but whenever I wanted highlights, they always had to strip my very dark hair to then apply the color. Fran specializes in color so she’s never once had to do the two step process. She’s able to achieve my caramel highlights with just one step so that my hair isn’t damaged by stripping it with bleach. I love that it looks natural so as it grows out, it looks more like balayage. I always get compliments on my angled bob, and how she layers the back shorter the way I like it. She has many years of experience so I highly recommend her to the point that both my Mom and Sister have seen Fran! You won’t be disappointed!

  Thuy Trang was extremely rude and disrespectful from the start. I was not able to get the hair color I requested, I was made to take off my top (which was returned wet), and the experience was so shocking I couldn't even think straight to react in a way that would allow me to stop and get out. I did not leave a tip because of this disgusting experience and this stylist should never touch a comb again. Send them to customer service training immediately.

  I spent $100 on my haircut and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with stylist Trang Nguyen. From the start, she was not willing to listen to the hairstyle I wanted. When I politely asked her to wait and listen, she responded with a rude attitude, standing with her hands on her waist. During the hair wash, she scratched my scalp very harshly, which was painful and uncomfortable. While blow-drying, she didn’t section my hair properly with clips and instead pulled through it roughly with her hands and a comb, causing even more discomfort. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism, care, and basic courtesy. The other staff members I interacted with were very polite and respectful during my wait time, but my experience with this particular stylist was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend her and strongly suggest choosing a different stylist.

  Unsanitary. All of the brushes were not cleaned and had someone else’s hair on them. I had to ask the stylist to not use multiple dirty brushes.
