It was so poorly done I had to shave the rest of my head at home so that there was at least a cohesive hair style. He then for whatever bizarre reason started spiking the hair on top like Bart Simpson. This was done at a "premium" barber shop. It will take at least 3-4 months to regrow my hair.

The original team of barbers were very good, listened to guidance and provided advice. The newer barbers unfortunately all too often seem to do what they want. Case in point: I saw Cris for the first time today, who ignored my request not to buzzcut the sides of my head. The cut is too short and lacks any style. He did exactly what I asked him NOT to do. It feels like the owners' focus on expansion has come at a cost to quality and consistency. I hope they rectify these issues going forward, as right now this place is not worth price. Really disappointing.
