Twice, I was asked to cancel my online order to reorder the exact same products directly through them instead. This gave me the strong impression that the cancellations were done to increase their in-store sales quota, which feels unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. In addition, every time I’ve picked up my orders in store, I never receive the samples I selected online. The samples are confirmed in the order, yet I always leave empty-handed. After multiple occurrences, this no longer feels like a mistake but rather a pattern. Overall, the experience lacks transparency and customer care. Unfortunately, my next order will definitely not be with this location.

Although, the products are excellent, an excellent representative makes it all the more enjoyable when shopping.

We curated a series of products that focus on nourishing and hydrating my hair, everything smells so delicious, and I’m enjoying the products thus far. Thank you Stephanie for further enlightening me about my hair and being so pleasant; happy to return to this specific location to procure my future Aveda goods.
