I had a haircut with Abby (Abeba) this morning and I had the greatest experience ever. She gave me a very relaxing wash, a cut with long layers and face framing layers, and finished with a very nice blow out. She is very talented and knows what a hair needs. Every other staff were also very nice and welcoming. Thank you, I will definitely be back and will recommend her and Bubbles to my friends and family.

scheduled a root touch-up with Love, which was quoted online at $86. During a very thorough consultation about my color goals, she recommended adding a gloss to the ends instead of doing an all-over color. She also suggested a deep conditioner to soften my hair and asked if I wanted a blow dry.
I’ve never left a salon with wet hair after a service—I like to see the finished result before leaving—so I agreed to the blow dry and style. The stylist did have another client come in, which caused some delays, but after about 3 hours my hair was finally ready to be dried.
There was a lot of discussion about how I typically style my hair, which made me expect a styled finish. However, my hair was only dried straight with no real styling. I ended up going home to finish it myself, which made the $58 charge for a “blow dry and style” confusing and frustrating.
At checkout, Love had to attend to her next client, so another associate rang me up. My total came to $244 before tip—nearly triple the original quoted price. I was charged separately for every added service, but none of the pricing was clearly disclosed upfront.
To make matters worse, my scalp burned all night and felt like it was on fire. I’ve been coloring my hair for over 25 years and have never experienced that before. I ended up washing my hair the next morning, and the amount of color that came out was shocking—it stained my white tub and required a full bleach clean of my bathroom.
While Love was very kind, the overall experience does not justify the price. I would not return, especially given the lack of transparency and the quality of the results.

Will not be back. I had a whole conversation about how I want the same length all the way across and *do not* want my hair cut shorter in the front. He went rogue and gave me a haircut completely separate from what we discussed and separate from the picture I showed him. The only way to fix this is to cut it shorter which I am unwilling to do. So until it grows out I have haircut that looks like an accident. And it cost me $80.

I went back the next day to discuss my haircut and what happened. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Had a consultation with a senior stylist and she was able to make adjustments where my haircut looks good even if it is drastically different - and shorter than my original plan. Manager offered a refund for services.

I have never left anywhere negative review, but this was a very disappointing experience. The stylist was kind, and very friendly but the service took far ever too long 4 hours and the result was nothing like what I asked for.
I was quoted $190 but charged $295, which felt misleading. Hygiene was also a concern tools appeared unclean, and my hair was washed with cold water. My clothes got soaked, and I left with dye on my forehead.
Overall, very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The stylist who worked on my hair was kind and friendly, but unfortunately the service itself was far below expectations.

This was my third visit to this salon, and after two decent experiences, I can confidently say this place is wildly inconsistent, and this last visit was an absolute disaster.
I went in asking for the simplest thing: a clean, straight bob. Nothing complicated. No layers. No styling experiments. Just a basic haircut.
Instead, the stylist completely ignored what I asked for. She kept pushing curling my hair even after I clearly told her I never curl it. Then she started cutting my hair in the most chaotic, unprofessional way imaginable, repeatedly saying “trust me” like that was supposed to reassure me. It didn’t.
At one point she said she was going to “layer” my hair, and I immediately told her no. Her response? Basically brushing me off and continuing anyway.
By the time she started blow-drying, I was on the verge of tears. The cut looked absolutely horrible, uneven, choppy, and nothing like what I asked for. It was so bad she had to call over another stylist to try to fix it. That alone should tell you everything.
I ended up with hair shorter than I ever wanted and it STILL looks awful. I genuinely look like I took scissors to my own head during a breakdown. A toddler could have done a better job.
The most telling part? They didn’t even charge me. That’s how bad it was. They knew.
To make it worse, when I confronted her, she said she cut it that way because she thought I curl my hair, despite me explicitly telling her the opposite from the beginning.
I have never left a salon feeling this upset and embarrassed. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend you don’t either unless you’re okay walking out looking completely unrecognizable in the worst possible way and I genuinely don’t understand how this salon hires such inexperienced and unprofessional stylists.
