  Stopped in unexpectedly and with the WORST chapped hands ever! Jizelle knew exactly what my hands needed! She applied product in the store and immediately my hands were feeling better. She was so kind and helpful!

  I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this Aveda store. Twice, I was asked to cancel my online order to reorder the exact same products directly through them instead. This gave me the strong impression that the cancellations were done to increase their in-store sales quota, which feels unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. In addition, every time I’ve picked up my orders in store, I never receive the samples I selected online. The samples are confirmed in the order, yet I always leave empty-handed. After multiple occurrences, this no longer feels like a mistake but rather a pattern. Overall, the experience lacks transparency and customer care. Unfortunately, my next order will definitely not be with this location.

  Absolutely delightful shopping experience at this location. Stephanie, a lovely associate (also a professional hair stylist), offered terrific insight into the Aveda lines— a kind and patient demeanor, paired with product knowledge are ideal conditions for the consumer. We curated a series of products that focus on nourishing and hydrating my hair, everything smells so delicious, and I’m enjoying the products thus far. Thank you Stephanie for further enlightening me about my hair and being so pleasant; happy to return to this specific location to procure my future Aveda goods.
