When I entered the store there were 3 stylist cutting hair and I was next in line since I had registered online for a haircut. There were other customers waiting for haircuts also. As the first two stylists finished their haircuts they disappeared in the back of the store. I had to wait 15 minutes for the 3rd stylist to finish to get my haircut. Immediately after I was seated the other two stylists come out of the back and take the next customers whom they seemed to know. I did not appreciate being treated this way. Made me feel dirty.

- AWAbby WDec 11, 20211.0I went to Great Clips and got one of the worst haircuts ever!! I went in for a quick trim and came out with 3” gone. Along with this amount taken off. She didn’t take time to look at my hair (I have naturally curly hair so it was still curled). She didn’t even wet it down to get a straight cut. I now have short hair-after I had to pay another and get it fixed. The front was also cut shorter so I will have to grow it out all over again. If you have long hair please do not go see Lauren at Great Clips.
