They were all friendly and helpful, Raven in particular helped me locate an item that was supposedly sold out (but I'd been able to reserve one) and she helped me purchase the other two that ended up being in stock. She exceeded my expectations and seemed delighted to do so. Thank you, Raven!
- LMLillian mcqueenNov 28, 20253.0I visited Sephora today looking for a specific perfume. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which was wonderful. I headed over to the fragrance section where a young lady named CeeCee helped me. She was absolutely amazing very sweet, patient, and had such a lovely personality. I really wish my review could end there. Unfortunately, my friend and I also had an encounter with another associate, who we were told was named Ebony. Her behavior was rude, aggressive, and unnecessarily pushy. While CeeCee was assisting us, Ebony repeatedly insisted they didn’t have the perfume we were looking for and stood uncomfortably close to me in a way that felt intrusive. One of the perfumes I wanted was actually in stock even though the system said it wasn’t, so me and Cee Cee tried to find the other perfume I wanted but Ebony continue to be pushy, insisting they didn’t have it. Even though that had already been proven wrong once. I understand today was Black Friday and retail can be overwhelming, but her attitude and approach were unacceptable especially since we did not ask for her help and the associate assisting us was doing an excellent job. I’m not sure what was going on personally for her, but interactions like that are not okay and made the experience uncomfortable.

My only criticism of this process was the individual helping me I think was having a bad day, as they didn't show any emotion or interact with me. The individual wasn't rude or anything but my typical experience in Sephora is usually more upbeat.
