  Worst Sephora experience ever. I went into this store before an appt to grab some products for a trip, and ask for some makeup suggestions for a new look I wanted to try. No one greeted me or offered to help me find products when I came into the store. When I needed help seeing if they had a product in stock, I had to go up to a worker and ask her to check, and she seemed annoyed to be doing her job. They didn’t have the product and the only solution she offered was to go to a different store 10 mins away. When I explained it was for a wedding this weekend, she didn’t offer other suggestions (like expedited shipping). I ended up buying $430 worth of products because I don’t have the time to go to a different store. When I approached the counter, 2 employees were standing behind it but didn’t greet me or ring me up. A different employee came over and was unfriendly, didn’t ask if I got everything I needed. Genuinely awful costumer service from a brand I’m used to getting great service from.

  So me and my sister had went to this Sephora (we always go to the Sephora in Springfield), but we were in the old town area so we decided to go to this one. Well, we bought about $68 worth of stuff and we had went to checkout. The customer service was terrible by the way when we went to check out the employee Asked if we had a number with Sephora and yes, we do have a number with Sephora. She tells us to say our number we tell our number. Me and my sister comes home all happy and stuff and then we go to the Sephora app to see how much points we have. we go to the Sephora app and when we go to the Sephora app no points has been added. Nothing OK We go to the receipt that they should have sent us because we chose for them to send the receipt by email we go there’s no receipt. There’s no receipt proving that we bought this item. We have the item but there’s no receipt proving we had this item so if we ever wanted to return the item, we can’t return the item and We didn’t get the points. Nothing proven we bought the items we have the items. We don’t know if she put her phone number or somebody else’s phone number or a different persons phone number, but this is totally unacceptable PSA we made sure to repeat our phone number
