  I stopped by the Sephora store at 810 King St this morning with a few products I had run out of. The salesperson who helped me assumed that I wanted to replace them, but as several had changed or were no longer available, I needed to find similar products. After a little while, the salesperson disappeared. I wanted a second opinion about a foundation, so I went in search of my salesperson. She was behind the counter "working on some numbers" on an IPad. She briefly walked in my direction, but then veered off again, saying "Let me know when you're ready." I think this person was willing to help me with a quick transaction but couldn't be bothered to stick around. To make the situation worse, I had the feeling that she was some kind of manager or lead employee at the store. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I handed the basket of products that I had intended to buy to another sales associate and walked out. I am giving this Sephora location two stars instead of zero because the second associate was polite and seemed concerned. This was overall a horrible experience. I won't return to this Sephora store again

  Today. I had such an amazing shopping experience with Roxy. She was so sweet and warm which is much needed during this current time. All though our interaction was short she truly made my day.

  We shopped at King St. Sephora to purchase make-up for my daughter’s upcoming dance performance. Jordan was a GEM and provided us with top tier customer service selecting the foundation color and all make up products required for the performance. She provided meaningful feedback and was so patient. Honestly, she made my role as a parent so much EASIER! My daughter will walk away with positive memories here at Sephora-King St. Thank you so much Jordan!

  Sales people are rude here. Other sephoras actually have employees who are way nicer and helpful

  Vanessa Your the Best!!! I was currently looking for a better facial cleanser that I can use. Because the current one that I had broke my skin out. She was very funny and sweet, sooo helpful with which facial cleanser I should buy. If you guys come to this store for any help go to Vanessa she’s the best!! 😆
