  I had my first appointment with Jennie for brow architecture and I couldn’t be happier! She took the time to carefully map and shape my brows to suit my face. The attention to detail and precision she puts into her work really shows. Highly recommend! 💕

  I recently got a lash lamination and brow service done, and I’m honestly so happy with the results! My lashes look longer, lifted, and natural without needing mascara every day. My brows look fuller, clean, and perfectly shaped for my face. The whole experience was relaxing and professional, and everything was explained clearly throughout the appointment.   This was my first experience getting a Russian manicure and a dry pedicure. I really enjoyed the process and the results. Emma is super sweet and she did a great job. She took her time, and I did not feel rushed like the regular nail salons. I almost fell asleep a couple of times. The decor is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The lady at the front desk has great customer service. She gave me a tour of the salon and explained all the services they offer. I will be returning.

  Sasha Beauty appears to be declining in quality. While the facility itself is visually appealing, sanitation practices are concerning. During services, lash technicians did not wash their hands with soap and water, relying instead on a brief spray of hand sanitizer. This is especially troubling given the close contact with clients’ eyes. Both a close friend and I have discontinued services after experiencing eye infections, which we believe are linked to the lack of proper hygiene. Cleanliness and safety should be a priority in this type of business. Additionally, depending on the technician, customer service can be inconsistent. Some technicians are rough and come across as rude. This type of service should be relaxing; clients should not have to endure loud or ongoing conversations taking place directly over their face during appointments. The nail services are also inconsistent, with quality that is often hit or miss. I am hoping to find a new business that offers consistent quality at reasonable prices, as this no longer meets expectations.
