The Hair Cuttery on-line appointment system needs to be fixed so that those who do not care who our hair specialist is can truly arrive for an appointment and receive the first available barber. We indicated on your system that we did not care, time was more important, but your system automatically assigns a cutter, who we then had to wait for to be done (30 mins for our family of 3, with child). Not the end of the world, but what's the point of a 3 PM appointment if we can't be seen until 3:30 PM and later? Walk-ins jumped ahead of us even though we had appointments because we were assigned to other cutters. Fix your booking system and train your staff to adjust accordingly. Cuts were fine.

For Valentine’s & 6 months post-partum, I decided to go to Hair Cuttery for a cut & style. Moving to the area a year ago, I didn’t really know where to go so I took a chance here. Booking online was easy, randomly chose “earliest available” for a slot that worked for me. When I got there, Nimal, who was the available stylist was very cordial & nice. I showed a video of a viral 2-in-1 haircut & she pulled it off! My hair was brittle & dry but it really came to life after that cut!
