My hair is typical just below the shoulders when wet and I love it cut short like to mid neck or below the jaw. Consistently, my hair is never cut short enough even after asking again to cut more. This past time I went to get my hair coloured for the first time as well and was charged an extra fee for having very long hair that reached “mid back” I told the stylist the price did not match what I booked online, but she said that’s the normal price otherwise the $85 price is to only dye my roots even though I booked a full single colour and not a touch up (again I have never dyed my hair before, there’s nothing to touch up on my roots?). The end result colour is also very different from the colour chosen in the colour book and the several reference pictures I brought in as well.

The stylist advised it would be $47 I agreed to that. The stylist tried to upsale me on a “conditioning treatment” which I declined. When I went to pay, the price was $61. I advised it was supposed to be $47. She then told me she added a detangler even though I did not ask for it nor agree to the additional service or additional cost. It was only $14 but I didn’t agree to it and that’s a problem. I just paid and left and knew I would not be going back.
