She’s elderly and recently had surgery, so she needs a cane plus some help to walk. The wet floor caused a dangerous situation. While I was helping my stepmom, an employee was rude to us multiple times during the process, while I walked her to the bathroom and while I waited for her outside (I’m not going to just leave her alone when she might need help). Really rude to treat customers like that, let alone a handicapped customer in a situation like that.
