I brought both a video and a photo of exactly what I wanted, and I asked if it was possible—she said yes. However, she ended up cutting my bangs completely wrong and nothing like what I asked for. She kept arguing that she “wasn’t done yet,” but she had already cut a huge chunk of my hair, and it was clearly uneven and poorly done. I left this place in tears. The manager tried to “fix” (which I really appreciate) the other side of the bangs, but honestly, it was too late. During the entire hour I was sitting there, Denise kept asking me how to cut my bangs, and I kept saying the same thing: “Here’s the photo — I don’t know how much you need to cut so that when it’s dry, it looks exactly like it does in the video.” Since I don’t have idea about hair cuts if that’s the case, I might as well have cut it myself at home while watching a tutorial. What upset me the most was that at the end of the haircut she said, “Oh, well, you and the person in the photo don’t have the same hair.” If that was the case, then why didn’t you tell me that before starting?
