But the manager reached out to me and allowed me to explain my frustration and she went above and beyond to fix the issue and to help give me more understanding. I really believe this is a place that cares about its clients and I wouldn’t mind returning. Very impressive customer service

My appointment took about 30 minutes, which is the time allotted for the Classic, whereas the Deluxe is supposed to be an hour. The blowout itself was nice, though the hair dryer was incredibly hot and burned my scalp multiple times.
