This was the first visit for my 6 year old daughter. We had Lindsey and they were super busy that day. The cut happened so quick I barely had time to set up a movie on my daughters iPad haha. We will definitely be coming back.

Good experience at the location I visited today. Can not say that about some other locations. Stylist listened to my concerns and worked with me to get the haircut I wanted.

Horrible. I asked for a trim, and she showed me how much she was going to cut, like barely an inch. SHE ENDED UP CUTTING NEARLY 3!! My hair used to be around my chest, now it’s just bellow my collarbones. Additionally, my hair is curly. She only did like, three spurts of water, sprayed, and brushed it out practically dry. And left it like that. She cut my hair, and the layers aren’t even noticeable, and left my hair all puffy and frizzy looking. I cried in my car, and overall I think I have cried like 4 times. Maybe it was from failed communication between each other somehow, I don’t know. Pulled at the knots too, hard. Overall, I won’t be coming back.

I took my girls here Saturday February 14 and let me say they loved there hair cuts and the staff was very nice and we were just amazed how wonderful my girls felt after words . They told me they definitely want to come back again ❤️

A very disappointing experience!!! It was my first time going to the Hair Cuttery. Terrible experience with Sophia. I went to the Kingstowne location.
I requested curtain bangs, a lot of layers on my hair, and trim dead ends.
I chose the following package: Signature Cut with Classic Blowout
Signature Cut and Classic Blowout w/Brush Styling +Shampoo +Conditioner
On the website it states it starts at $48; however, I paid $71 dollars for nothing I asked for and still left a tip as a courtesy. I did not receive curtain bangs, and my hair has no layers. All I received was the trim and long layers in the front to my chin length. I understand my hair is long but there was not much work done to it; therefore, I don’t understand the price.
The place and workers were not welcoming what so ever. Took me a while to decide if I wanted to leave a review. Also why have appointments for later in the night if you’re going to be rushing the process? Stylist kept looking at the her watch and the clock near the back. Stylist did not engage in any conversation with the client as I kept trying to make conversation all I got was short answers. The appointment was at 7:45pm and they don’t close til 9pm so I didn’t understand the rush.
