The awful older lady told my daughter to get out of her chair and refused to give her name. they don’t know how to cut hair and refused to give me corporates number to complain. zero stars

- KRkarmen rosaFeb 14, 20261.0Don’t recommend going here if you have curly hair because the stylist ASHLI doesn’t know how to do it. I booked a blowout and a trim and it was supposed to be around 90, but when i left it was around 130 because she charged me a long hair fee, detangle fee, and a straightening fee. My hair is a few inches past shoulder length definitely not “long” and detangling fee? she was struggling to detangle it and it wasn’t even that tangled it’s just curly. The deluxe blowout is already more expensive than the blowout for naturally straight hair for that reason. A hairstylist should be able to get curly hair straight from a blowout with the right technique but she couldn’t so i had to straighten it for an extra 31$. overall terrible experience.
