Well let me tell you Alexis did an outstanding job. I mean I came out the salon feeling myself. She took her time, explained what she was doing and was so pleasant. My hair didn't scare her at all. In my book she is my new favorite stylist. Thanks Alexis see you in two weeks.

They don't have the common sense to thing that someone who has 5 in of hair with color on it didn't want it all shaved off, but there goes 4 months and $100 of work down the drain. I contacted customer support to let them know they need to get their stylists better. Pretty sure they're gonna respond with contact info, but that line is pretty useless. Least they could do is refund me for the damages their employees have caused.
