I came in today and this total Karen of a stylist berated me not only in front of my daughter, but in front of other staff, the entire time from check in, and while I was in the chair. I was in shock. I had come in asking for my curtain bangs a little bit shorter than the initial stylist did them (who was great and nice by the way), but this lady working today was so rude, I actually ended up having her pull off my cape, and I walked out mid trim. I don't know if her meds were off, or she was just having a horrendous day, but you dont take that out on random customers. I'll never go back. My kid was in total shock too. She had never seen anyone act so rude when unprovoked.
