  Very few great clips salon hair stylists actually care about your hair cut. This was one of them. Ashley was awesome!

  Ashley did amazing giving me want I wanted and more of what was needed that I didn’t know was needed to have the most perfect haircut. It made going to my brand new job much easier for me to get ready for my 2nd day of work. I came in with wanting a haircut so I could deal with my tangles that I usually struggle with, plus I have a really dry scalp. She educated me about which kind of Shampoo to use, then fixed my hair in a way I’ve never had done before, helping with the heavy thick hair. She thinned it with the fanciest scissors! Helping me feel much better and lighter which made me feel good about myself. Thank you Ashley for going beyond and above for me!! I was shy to try something new but it reminded me to be brave and trust better.

  ZERO ⭐️ I am beyond PISSED OFF at the lack of understanding offered by the stylist that cut my daughters hair! Her hair was hitting her lower back length with layers. Asked to cut it under her armpit length and across no more layers added in order to remove some of the dead ends. EMPHASIZED on LENGTH, under her armpit. Asked for face framing so it would blend in with what was her first layer. I go sit with my other child looking over and I see the stylist cut half an inch under shoulder LENGTH! I walked over, my soul had left my body at that point, knowing my child was going to freak out! she has not noticed at this point. A customer walks in, the stylist goes and checks him in. At this point my child notices her hair GONE! I want to say 8 inches easily gone! Starts tearing up immediately. Stylist comes back and asks “what’s wrong” I tell her what’s wrong is “you cut too much hair!” Her response was “her head is tilted down, it will be under armpit length when she puts her head up.” Of course it was not. She argues with me over what was asked for. She walks up to the register. The manager working that shift I believe, now with the customer that walked in asks if my daughter is ok. I said NO she is NOT. Asking what occurred, apologizes said that is not the length feels horrible because at this point my child is in full blown tears. Says she is not going to charge me. I was NOT going to pay for the crap that stylist pulled. We left only to return because only the left side of my daughter's face was framed. I return and the manager greets us and I say "her right side was not even cut." She pulled the stylist that cut her hair and her excuse was "she was crying so I felt bad and did not cut that part." LITERALLY let us leave with my child crying, her hair 8 inches too short and incomplete face framing! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT STYLIST. I will never go back to any of your locations.

  Received a free haircut here due to a ReAL game that scored 3 goals in a match! The staff were friendly, talkative and professional! The shop is clean and they offer loads of hair products. The staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable and the stylist did a great job. I only received a trim for my split ends but man it was great. I will probably come back for another trim when I need one!
