Today we brought my 4 year old nephew with to get his hair cut along with my son so he might not be as afraid. He does have sensory issues & gets overwhelmed easily. This place is NOT family friendly. If your child is even remotely upset the staff gets flustered and upset along with customers. Hair cuts are scary to children. Today an old man got in my little sisters face and told her she should sit on her child and shut her son up. Staff did NOTHING but tell my sister whom simply asked this man to not yell at her son to calm down. Her child was refused & didn’t receive a hair cut. Only a terrible experience, embarrassment & enablement of men trying to intimidate women with their children. This coward was not asked to leave but sat back down in the chair to continue receiving his service. My family will never return to great clips whom have been life long customers. Management do better and if you can’t handle children DO NOT OFFER CHILDRENS HAIRCUTS!! Ridiculously unprofessional & unacceptable. Do not come here if you want your children to be heard and valued. If you like confrontation from random strangers while staff allows you to be screamed at by the same random stranger this place is for you. Not child friendly, not sensory friendly, not understanding. The list goes on. Massively unprofessional. Great Clips I suggest you purge your staff & train the new ones better!!

Went in with my 4 year old who has sensory issues, was trying to call him down, staff did nothing but let another customer get in my face and scream at me while I had my 4 year old in my arms and the other customer stood up and got in my face... Mind you he was a 50+ old man. Staff did nothing will not be going back!

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
