- JPJamie PetersonMar 30, 20265.0I came in yesterday to get both of my boys haircuts (5 & 9). My 9 year olds haircut was exactly how I wanted it! However the other lady (Older, Brown hair) was extremely rude to my 5 year old. I know it’s hard to cut children’s hair but it was beyond what we have seen with other hairdressers when cutting his hair, kept grabbing his head to hold him still, Told him to stop moving his hands, When he was just scratching his nose, Had the audacity to tell my 9 year old “You need to be good”. My 5 year olds haircut was horrible, it was uneven in the front, did not line up the back of it, left all kinds of hair behind his ears, and left a big bush of hair behind his head, trying to tell me “that’s the way his hair grows”. I did end up calling back letting them know how unhappy we were with the experience and my son’s hair. Olivia answered and was amazing, let us come back in 5 minutes before closing and fixed his hair, I didn’t think it could be fixed but she did an awesome job! She immediately noticed how the other hairdresser left so much hair on his head, faded it into a Mohawk like I asked the very first time, and was awesome with my son! She was so nice, and he absolutely loved her! We will be going only on Sundays and requesting her now. She’s amazing and I definitely recommend requesting her and staying away from the other lady.

She said, we don't have you in the system. I said you guys are sending me coupons and I handed her coupon with my address on it.She asked me the same question over again.What is my phone number?I told her the same answer and she said that if I am going to act like that, she doesn't want to cut my hair. THAT'S NOT HOW THIS WORKS KAREN MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED DIFFERENT QUESTIONS i never said any thing bad to the stylist and I believe that she didn't want to do my hair cute baised on my race or something more because she didn't look like she really wanted to help me or she would of figured out how to check me in. Well, went back in on April 9th 2026. Thank you so much. Still, a bad bad haircut at least I got one. I don't think they understand the word to the skin or maybe the stylus. This location just don't listen to their customers. Another bad experience won't be going back
