I was asked by the young woman cutting my hair if I wanted the same haircut as I had before (they keep it on file) number 2 clippers on the sides, 1/2 inch or 1 inch off the top. I said yes but not too short on top. I have the worst haircut I’ve ever had! When I arrived at the location there was another customer on the waiting list but he wasn’t there. So I was taken to a chair to get my haircut. When that customer came back to the location he said he hoped my haircut instructions didn’t get mixed up with his. I think they did. I didn't realize the person who cut my hair said a fingers length taken off the top which was identical to the customer who had arrived after me to get his haircut. My haircut is awful! It’s choppy and uneven on top. The hair on top of my head is so short I can’t even style or part it. The sides are uneven. I can’t believe I paid for this. She had already cut the front of my hair too short before I could say anything and it couldn’t be fixed or it would look worse. She finished my haircut, I said it was fine. It wasn’t, I just wanted to pay and leave at that point because I was very angry. I should have complained before I left. When I got home I called and complained. I spoke with the assistant manager. I was told there wasn’t much they could do to fix it and it will grow out faster because I’m a guy. The assistant manager said I can come in another time for a free haircut. She also said maybe I could style it with gel until it grows out some more. Are you kidding me! No thank you! I start a new job tomorrow! I wish I could wear a baseball cap to work. I wanted to look professional and now my hair is so short on top I look like I have bald spots all over on top of my head! I know I have a bald spot on the crown of my head that is noticeable from the back. It’s easy to minimize with a decent haircut. I had my hair cut at a great clips when I was in Albuquerque NM for work the second week of July. The young woman who cut my hair had my haircut info on file and she did a fantastic job. This was the first haircut I’ve had since July. I’m never going back to this location again. Thanks for nothing! I have posted pictures of how my hair looked after getting it cut in July and how it looks today after my awful haircut. I don’t have any product in my hair in my picture from today. What a waste of time and money.
