Ive walked into this location over a dozen times and have never experienced such a negative, rude group of women who obviously hate working with the public. I went in one day to pick up my stuff and this one women in particular, can’t tell you her name bc they don’t wear name tags, literally just starred me down like she wanted to punch me after I said “hi im here to pick up an order.” she said absolutely nothing and just kept starring at me. It was so awkward, rude, and unprofessional. She stormed into the back to grab my stuff. I always walk out of there thinking what’s going on with the women in here?! They’re absolutely miserable and mean. To the owner, you may want to look into that. Really unpleasant environment. Sorry, yet relieved to see I’m not crazy and others feel this too after reading reviews.
Side note: Good selection but please continue supplying more natural products and PPD free hairdye! people want these things. Clients are allergic to this stuff. Thank you.

On 12/6/21 I drove all the way across town and arrived 20 minutes before they closed (6:10) to find that the employee had already locked the doors and was hiding in the back to avoid any awkward confrontation for locking up before 6:30 which is the posted closing time online as well on the door. What’s the point of posted closing times if you don’t abide to them. I hope this is just a rogue employee and not a common occurrence

Trista and Lindsay are the best! Every time I go in they give me the best customer service and go above and beyond to help me. I have dealt with several Salon Centric’s through out Utah and am usually taken back by how rude the customer service is. Love southern Utah’s Salon Centric!
