Not only did the hairdresser tell me about how they don’t make much besides tips while cutting my hair, was clearly upset when I didn’t leave a tip higher than the cost of the entire cut itself (100%+ tipping expectation?!), but she MISSED ENTIRE CHUNKS! I have naturally curly hair and I braided it to avoid putting mousse product in it before the cut. I always do this, and the hairdressers have always sprayed it wet for the cut, but this hairdresser insisted a dry cut with my hair poofing in all directions would be a superior “curly cut”, I told her I’m fine with just a trim and to wet it down, but she insisted and I thought maybe 🤷🏻♀️ but no, once I wet it at home, it was obvious she completely missed trimming multiple sections of hair a good two inches longer than the rest. Even worse, the front was one inch shorter than the back, without a good fade or transition just a straight drop off. When I lean forward and back hair comes up to the front it’s obvious 🤦🏻♀️ was hoping to just trim off dead ends for cheap, but would not come here again

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
